When I first moved in this RV park I had to pay $500 that was for the first months rent hundred dollars of that was supposed to be a deposit for what I don't know the other 50 of it was supposed to be for TV after staying one month I went to the office to pay my rent for the second month I paid $390 they still kept my deposit next month comes it's time to check out after my months rent is up that I have already paid I had to pay an additional $210.45 plus they kept my hundred dollar deposit the little midget guy that owns the RV park owns two other RV parks very disrespectful and rude even went as far as calling me a liar I told him we don't call no one a liar where I come from so he threatened to call the cops on me can you believe that call the cops on me after the manager told me that they have drug dealers and their RV park the manager also told me about prostitutes living in the RV park I was scared to let my kids go outside without being there it was the worst two months of my life my wife and I still haven't gotten over being ripped off by a little midget and his gremlin friends he told me this is the owner I'm speaking of that he has not had a problem with anyone complaining ever I looked up the comments we know who the liar is. They said my electric bill for the second month was 310.45���� for 29 days that I've already paid for. He also expect me to believe that there's several people in the r_v park that pays at least a 500 dollar on electric bill every month I told him my 3,500 square foot home has never once went over $250. But him and three other guys insist that an rv can use $500 a month. The manger a husband and wife, I suppose, seemed nice, but when you get ready to check out they call the owner who calls the three other mangers from his sister rv parks that he runs and than they all come up there. So he has someone to back him up on his unbelievable stories about having to pay $310. just to leave is rv park when your rent is up. Been staying in an rv for work back and forth for a few years now, every other rv park my wife and I have stayed in after paying your rent in advance when you get ready to check out we say thank you, get a receipt and leave. Not here, if they think you have money they're guaranteed to ask for more. There is a ton of RV parks in the Bryan College Station and surrounding areas please choose one of them instead of one of these three that is owned by this guy I'm not used to writing reviews but felt that everyone should know how they're ripping people off and maybe they can put a stop to some of the activities that are going on in these RV parks God bless have safe journeys

I highly recommend BCS Village 21 because of the cleanliness and how quiet it is as well as the beautiful trees .. Our stay was a very good experience because the management was very nice to us during the stay as well. Monthly price was within our price range and the lot space was excellent. Needless to say we will be back soon when in the area.
