The restaurant s El Machino turns out piping-hot, fresh tortillas every 53 seconds. They are served to guests in less than three minutes. Chevys menu includes tacos, burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, flautas and salads. It also features hand-shaken margaritas. Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurant is a division of Chevys Incorporated.
