Apart from the fact that I totally trust that they have access to the best prices from all the top names, I was blown away when an associate called me to say how they had found an even better rate even though we were two years into our policy. Now how many times can you remember an Insurance company doing that?? Never, right? Excellent company! Pippa MacDougall.

My requirements for an agency have stayed the same over the years.

1. Provide the best policy value available

2. Review policies each year to insure the best value

3. Handle claims and questions promptly and professionally

I have not had a claim, but this agency has handled all three of the above requirements very well over the years and as long as that remains the case, they will have a continuing customer in years to come.

Halbrehder Family Agency has handled my home and car insurance for several years now and I've always been very happy with the service they provide. I recently recommended them to a coworker and they were able to save them $60 a month on auto insurance! I like that they are local and family-owned and operated. They're always happy to answer any questions I may have.
