Hello castle nail management.Your shop is extremely hot, I can't believe that I have never been in shop like this before. I have to fan myself, what happens here?

Great nail salon!!

Recently went for a manicure and a pedicure. They put a neck wrap on me that was way too hot and caused huge red welts all around my neck. Management would do nothing about this when I brought this to their attention. Was very disappointed in the way I was treated. Would never go back.Several of the techs there do not even speak English!

Do not go! My mother, sister and I went for a girls night out. They put neck pillows on during the pedicures and my mother had her rebase done at he same time. We left and went to dinner after and my mother had what looked like a rash around her neck where the pillow was. My sister and I asked her what was going on and she stated that the pillow was burning he so she took it off after a couple of minutes. She then sat there with two nail techs seeing these marks for an hour and said nothing!! I would love to know how my tech received her cosmetology license as she spoke no English at all and had to have everything translated by the tech next to her. By the time we left dinner the spa was closed. I have been trying to call and speak to the owner/manager for 5 days, leave messages and am told no one is there managing every day I have called. "Kelly" is the owner/managers name I've been given and she should hire someone to oversee her facility or actually be a manager/owner herself, address customer concerns and apologize for leaving burn marks that blistered on my mothers neck! I would never recommend this salon!
