The only star I give is for the in home aid. She created a bond and trust with my loved one and respected all of her wishes. I have worked with many different hospice providers and this was defiantly by far the worst. At the end the nurse called my loved one by the wrong name. Seemed to be worried about calling the funeral home and getting everthing "wraped up." This was very soon after passing and we had explained that we were waiting for some family as they were woke up out of bed. The nurse was constantly asking what can I do, what do you need from me. We dont know what we need we are in shock and pain. Other hospices in the past have simply said if you think of anything I can do please let me know. We also told the nurse that we needed the hospital bed removed from our home immediately as it is difficult to see empty and we are wanting good memories. Hours later we call to find out the order was never even placed for items to be picked up. Worst hospice experience ever and that is only a portion of it.
