If the response ("Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your paperwork, warranties, or how you choose to wear your jewelry.") by Siebke is any indication of their customer service, the original reviewer is correct in suggesting you should take your business elsewhere -- I know I am.

Provided by YP.comWe Bought engagement ring in fall of 1993 with full warranty. At that time all there engagement rings had full warranty on EVERYTHING from sizing to diamond falling out. Over the years after there stores in Cedar Rapids mall and Cedar Falls mall closed up we had to deal with Cedar Rapids store. This is there nightmare begins. Even though we had lifetime warranty they seemed confused and always question it. We had to talk to someone in charge every time. They did fix and resize the ring at no cost and put all the data in there computer. Now we can't find the paper book that has the warranty and even though it's in the computer they will not fix it. They are great at taking your money but very bad on taking care of you after the sell. Stay away for this business at all cost. Go to a real jewelry store maybe a national chain. When we got the ring they said we can tell it s a Siebke Hoyt ring but they don't say that now. If you get your ring from here make sure the warranties is in the computer or turn around and walk out. Best thing you can do is take your business elsewhere and tell everyone that they have bad customer service. Don't get fooled by employees leaving or close contact leaving great feedback as some reviews boards do. If you take your business elsewhere I would love to know. Has a nice selection of jewelery, but that's it. They have good customer service until you pay for your item. Then they're not helpful at all. I didn't have one bad experience with them I've had a few. The only reason I kept going back was because they have a nice selection, but will no longer be purchasing anything else from them.
