We just this moving and storage company to move our daughter from one apartment to another. First I asked that the couch be shrink wrapped when they picked it up. It is a new couch. They forgot the shrink wrap so it was moved to storage without it. They did it once they got it there. Second the 2 year old perfect condition mattress was delivered to us with 3 holes in it. These holes now make our 15 year warranty on the mattress null and void. The company gave us a check of $60 which doesn't even cover the rate to professionally repair it. They ruined our mattress. Would I use them again definitely NOT!!!!
