They messed up my appointment. Instead of apologizing to me, the woman at the counter insisted that there had not been sufficient time lapsed since my last visit; therefore, I must be wrong coming in the day I did. Really?! I did not know I needed her permission to have my hair done. Very unprofessional and very rude.
