Sorrty service - took my car in because a tire i bought three months ago went flat- the guy at the desk ensured me he wuold personally check tire to see if sidewall was damaged. a worker supposedly put it in a "dunk tank" but claimed he could not find a leak, he pumped it up and put it back on vehicle. Guy at desk tried to give me a story about the bead being not seated properly. It was clear hehad not inspected the tire as he said he would. Had that tire put on as my spare and bought a new tire. Had another flat a week later - had to put the spare on, but took it back and asked them to recheck the spare. Turned out there was a nail hole in it the guy had missed. While waiting about two hours to get tire fixed noticed three employees hung around the employee lounge most of the time complaining about taxes and the time they would get off that day.
