I am very unhappy with the way a P.A. treated me like a piece of dirt. Natasha was very unpleasant. I experienced harsh treatment at her hands. She left me screaming in pain for 45minutes with no compassion for others. I suffer from chronic back pain and she hurt me so bad. Then while I was screaming in pain just walked away from me. When I complained to Dr.Lancaster he told me she would not treat me that way. So she held my paper work to release me for an hour On purpose. I refuse to be seen by her again!

Worst customer service and medical service I've ever experienced in my life. I have several family & friends who work in the medical field and they all agree this is a 2nd rate establishment. I live less than 5 minutes from this location and I nor will anyone in my family step foot in this location again. If my arm were cut off, I'd drive by this place rather than receive the level of medical care and customer service I received previously. I came in after I had been hit by a glass in my head. I was put in a room where I sat and was charged $75 before anyone even checked on my injury. I sat for another couple hours only to have my hair washed and given a tetanus shot. I received a tetanus shot and nothing else and they charged me $1400+, NO glass was removed from my head while the wound was still open. When I saw my primary care doctor he told me I still had shards of glass in my head. Carol Mitchell is a broken record who heads up their "lacking customer service" department. I doubt she could spell customer service. I refuse to be extorted and would rather my credit be negatively impacted than pay their egregious charges. Whatever you do, PLEASE don't take yourself or anyone else to this chop shop.

My wife came to this hospital with a severe migraine and they treated her horribly. Gave her medications for naseua. But Notta for migraine. Just be careful sometime medical history can hurt you
