When I asked for a phone call explanation from my doctor's nurse as to why I needed a blood draw two days before scheduled in-patient surgery, I received no call, and, when speaking to the nurse in the office, she lied about calling me and referenced another staff doctor to provide me results. I told her I would not be able to receive the results on the day of my surgery. Within days, I received a certified mailing which dismissed me from the practice, without the courtesy of an opportunity to discuss any differences.
