Kate Duffy is the best. As a 25 year old guy starting a career, I really just wanted a haircut that can make me look professional and nice. She not only did an excellent job at that, but she also did an amazing job at shampooing, the facial massage, and the warm towel. The whole salon is very trendy and nice. Looks like I found my new permanent salon. Highly recommended.

Michele did an amazing job and the staff was very attentive and professional. I saw some reviews that reflected an experience with a rude staff and maybe they've replaced those girls because they seemed to be doing some training while I was there and placed a major emphasis on customer service at the front desk and attention to detail with the cut and style. I'm very happy with my haircut and I don't get to say that often. I also enjoyed my deep conditioning treatment and left feeling pampered and well taken care of. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went for a wash,blow dry and flat iron. I asked numerous times if they specialize in Ethnic hair granted they had a black girl on one of there flyers. After getting my hair washed and the brush getting stuck in my mixed curly hair the stylist said they COULDN'T do my hair...Seriously how professional? What happened to doing a consultation FIRST and informing me that nothing can be done? I left with a wet Afro embarrassed!! NEVER AGAIN AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!
