Horrible customer service. Do not use this company. I talked to one of the salesman several times over the phone describing my project to him. He seemed nice and accomodating. However, when I called back to find out why my plans were neither faxed nor emailed to me after two days of asking for them, the owner of the company told me that he did not want my business and to go somewhere else. He said that his salesman has wasted his time because he talked to me several times on the phone. He was rude and unprofessional.
