This place is a joke don't waist your time I missed a whole day of my vacation because lack of communication and not to mention the rudeness of the employees!! I booked 2 weeks ahead of time and had requested an earlier pick up time and was told my car would be ready upon arrival my car was NOT ready was told it would take at least an HOUR so went back and went to pay with my debit card (which I had ask the person who originally booked my reservation online line that if I could use my debit card since I did not have a credit card was told it would be fine THEN I even took the extra step to call the store and confirm my reservation and was told that I could use my debit card that they would just hold an extra 200.00 for deposit) then was declined due to lack of credit!!! Which NO1 even told me that they did a credit check so the guy at the counter was nothing but RUDE he handed me a piece of paper and said that there was nothing he could do so I called the online number where I made my reservation to begin with and they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me!!! So I suggest if you're going to rent a car stay FAR FAR AWAY from budget they are not professional at all!
