This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any business in my 40+ years of living! Worse than that, they are negligent when dealing with your coverage, etc. They are very apologetic, with multiple excuses, as to why they are mishandling your insurance needs. Then they do it all over again within a couple of months. Very frustrating, until you make the decision to do the tedious process of switching all your coverages to another agent. Stay away from this company and avoid the headaches!
