The Service at this store is the worse I have ever encounter either on person or on the phone. They are very rude and irresponsible people working there. They all should go to some sort of training to learn how treat customers.

Just left the store Western Ave worst service I ever received also after waiting 30 minutes on line to pay for video game they are advertising for $69.99 Skylander started pack and get the 3 part adventure set for free worth $19.99 value they refuse to accept the add promotion funny thing I get home after I purchase the game at sears and get home I seen a commercial advertising the same thing so if you go there good luck getting the things at the correct prize

TOYS R US is very fun.When you first get there people great you and ask do you need any assistounce.The people at toys r us are very nice and also helpful.They help you find any toy that you would like to buy and some times they help you make up your mind on what toy you should buy.It is a variety of toys from BATMAN ACTION FIGURES,SUPERMAN ACTION FIGURES,POWER RANGERS,DOLL HOUSES,DOLLS,BIKES,AND MUCH MORE at toys r us.That is why i like toys r us so much.
