I live in Chico and had a very serious dental emergency in the middle of the night. No dentists were available, including those who advertise they take emergencies patients, so I left messages for many dentists stressing the urgency of my situation. Dr. Madsen was the only dentist who returned my call. He made space to see me early the next morning and was kind and very professional. I am thankful that he helped me.
