At this salon there is a hairdresser, Moses, who is very rude (can't say that he is not good with hair) but his customer service skills are the very bottom of a scale of 1-10. My friend went into do her hair and she was leaving out of town and had to be at train station at a certain time. She was at her appointment a few minutes early to be at the train station on time. Well Moses was late coming in and she just said you are late he responded "So what and who cares" in front of other customer. instead of saying "I am sorry that I am late" I would have walked leaving holding the curling iron!! he had the never to call another hairdresser to tell him not to take my friend if she call him to do her hair. and left a message on my friend VM saying that she embarrassed herself not him and for her not to back to him because he won't do her hair again.......VERY UNCLASSY RUDE OBNOXIOUS!!!!!
