Watch out for this place. Shady characters. I have been there a few times and each time there is an issue.First visit, everyone in my party odered separate refillable soda's.( 7 people in party) Waitress, ON HER OWN, started bringing me pitchers. They bill me for 7 soda's and 4 pitchers..... bartender and server nervously blame each other.

Second visit....bill comes out to $119, I tip $26 dollars, for a total of $145, I use my credit card. Statement posts $ 165. After getting the run around for about a month they finally put $20 back into my account.

Third and final visit.. I am billed mutiple times for the same items, I had a party of ten....and I HONESTLY, HONESTLY believe they were trying to scam me. the order was big so they tried to squeeze an extra $24 dollars out of me . thinking i would not notice....I will NEVER GO BACK.

I would like to say that this is a great place to order from had a few friends over for the bears vs packers game and we ordered some football pizzas. My friends where from out of town so I had to order from the best place around and once again you proved me right. When I had called the young lady on the phone was great and made sure I had everything that I needed, she also explained to me that there was a little longer wait for delivery since the game, but when the pizzas got here they where just as hot as if they just came out of the oven. IN THE END IT WAS A GREAT GAME WITH GREAT PIZZA AND GREAT FRIENDS.

I use to love Al's in Cicero and have been going there for 40 years since I was a little kid. Its changed and not in a good way. First off, we went there for a family dinner with four people and we used a http://Restaurant.com gift certificate. Because we used the certificate they added a 23% gratuity to the bill - a bit ridiculous! Since I had been going there for so long, I decided to forgive the new owners for this screw up and try again. Went there to buy a gift card and there is a sign on the door that they no longer accept http://Restaurant.com gift certificates. Perhaps understandable, but why are they still selling gift certificates on http://Restaurant.com? The very last straw was when I tried to redeem my coupons for buying 20 pizzas for a free large. I wanted to upgrade to a larger pizza and pay the difference, just take off the cost of the free large (I've done this many times remember I am a customer for many, many years) and they refused! I was willing to pay the difference, delivery charge and gratuity and they said no. Well, I will go and pick up my free pizza sometime in the future and never spend another penny there again! New owners (RIP Grandma) and lousy customer service. They still have good pizza just really bad attitude and service.
