BEWARE SUBCONTRACTORS I am a small Parking lot Stripper in Colorado Springs area who Got a call From Paul Barber at blue chip paving to do some work is already incompetent grew had done. I was called to correct work that was not properly done which I did. I have never been paid or even contacted about the matter . These Guys are con men and ripoff artists .
