Provided by YP.comToday I went to Dillards Este Lauders counter and bought 2 products so that I could recieve the couch gift for 35.dollars. I was told that they did not have anymore by the one sales lady. I asked her if they had a sample that I could buy she said no. After buying other products inthe store I then proceeded to leave the store on my way out what do i see but the coach bag being show to another customer. I was floored, i asked the clerk what was going on she then proceed to tell me that this was a sample that she could not sell then the sales lady who had told me that she had no more bags said you can sell it to her. Now all i'm saying is that i am a africa-americam and the lady they were showing the bag too was a causion doesn't my money spend the same? I have always shopped at dillards but after today I will no longer shop at your store and will tell my friends about my experience. After i stop by the lady that was standing there said she would go to trcounty store.

Provided by YP.comI went to the Kenwood store to return an item and the woman behind the desk in Intimates wouldn't even say "Can I help you?", instead, she just looked at me and raised her eyebrows at me as if to say "you're next are you going to come forward?". I handed her the item and the receipt and indicated that I wanted to return the item. The associate took it from me and went along processing the return - still without saying a word to me. I then asked if she needed the receipt which was sitting on the counter and she simply shook her head "no". The only time she spoke to me was when she sharply said "sign on the line, you'll be receiving an in-store credit". When I asked why because I had my receipt she snapped "it's been over 30 days". Okay, that is store policy and I understand that but there was absolutely no reason for her to act the way she did. I won't be shopping at Dillards again but will be sure to use my in-store credit at the Salon only. There are plenty of other places for me to shop where I won't be treated as if I'm an inconvenience to deal with.

Provided by YP.comThe Dillard’s, although plentiful in outfits, refused to wait on me. I had just got of work and was searching for an Easter dress. Mind you I did not look the best, but I was ready to spend money; however, because of my appearance the store clerks avoided me. They did not do this when I have gone look nicer, and well dressed. So I say a warning: you might want to take care in your appearance or you will not get helped on.

Provided by YP.comFirst, I was transferred to two wrong departments then I asked if they carried an item and was told "Ummm I'm not sure but you can come in and look for it." Nice!
Would be better to say "I'm not sure but let me find someone that does know."
