This is a WONDERFUL store that excels in providing GREAT customer sales and service. We purchased a Simplicity Vacuum cleaner 5 years ago from Bob. Bob is very knowledgeable and always strives to keep us happy with our purchase. We have had no major problems at all with the machine other than replacing a frayed cord (our fault). Bob and Joe (service tech) are friendly and helpful in providing additional suggestions about keeping our Simplicity running strong. This machine has a very powerful suction with convenient on-board attachments and extension hose. Checking the bag and filters is a breeze. All metal parts and rubber wheels add to its durability and performance. Bob takes care of us and the cord replacement was done super quick by Joe. Thank you both and Kirkwood. Highly recommended.

I want to share my experience about Kirkwood's sweeper shop. I took my old Kirby vacuum cleaner to Kirkwood's yesterday to see if it could be fixed. They we very helpful and gave me a free estimate to repair it. It was so old that I decided to just get a new one because they are so much lighter. Kirkwoods even gave me a trade in on my old kirby. Love my new Simplicity.
