As a mother of bride I had looked everywhere for a Dress with no luck, then a friend refered me to Kotsovos.The customer service was excellent and I felt like a millon bucks in my Dress. Helen in alterations could not have done a better job as my body is not a easy fit. Thank you for making the experinence such a wonderful one

This store has a strict no return police. I recently purchased a dress which in their lighting look to have a brown hue to it. I got the dress home and the hue is purple and totally unsuited for my son's wedding. I now have a $500 dress that I am not able to wear to the wedding. There were no alterations to the dress and it is still in the bag it was purchased in. I am disappointed in the store and do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this store. Their comment was they do not bend because they are a small company. Well, I am a person with a limited budget and wanted my dress for my son's wedding to be special. Now his special day for me will not be in a dress that I saw as a different color in their store.
