Integrated Restoration has an IAQA certified CMR ( Certified Mold Remediator ) and CIE ( Certified Indoor Environmentalist ) on staff. Integrated Restoration has a Certified Lead Renovator on staff per EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule 40 CFR 745 As of April 22, 2010 the EPA and HUD are requiring that contractors that work in target properties become Certified Renovators to address the concerns of lead in structures being worked on, and the potential health effects to occupants and workers.
