      They were very fast and fixed multiple problems with my BMW X5, including computer problems that another mechanic was unable to fix.

      Larchmere provides a loaner until my car's fixed; is close to public transportation and there's a thriving restaurant scene within walking distance if I'm hungry while I wait. Car repair everywhere should be this painless.

      I like your free loaner program and in the old days, I loved that you washed exterior before returning. You're in our neighborhood/on the way downtown or to Univ. Circle.

      I really feel that I am not getting overpriced, less than accurate dealership treatment. Instead I get one on one reliable and what I believe is trustworthy maintenance and solutions. You will get an honest diagnoses of your problem and parts permitting, a quick fix.

      For close to 20 years, I've been relying on Larchmere Imports to care for my BMW. Friendly, trustworthy, and just plain good at what they do, John and Dave have also gone the extra mile (literally) when my car wouldn't start or quit on me unexpectedly.
