I use this laundramat and have been using it for years. Even before I sold my home of 53 years I would take large iotems there. Now I live in an apartment that has a beautiful laundry room however I have to go up and down on the elevator to do laundry. Therefore I go here. I HAVE TOLD THE OWNER BEFORE ABOUT THE LACK OF HEAT, OTHER PATRONS HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED. TO NO AVAIL. WITH THE TEMPERATURE BEING BELOW FREEZING THIS MAKES THE PLACE VERY, VERY COLD. I will not tolerate this any longer and intend to do everything I can to have the owner correct this problem. There are regulations concerning the temperature businesses have to maintain.. This shows total disrespect for the clientale. A letter has been sent to Cleveland City Hall already. One client said when they approached you it was stated you were not the owner. I am not that easily ignored. Check me out.
