Horrible!!! A huge chain company that does not care about people or your pets!! I have never been treated so poorly!

Ive been a customer/client for 7+ yrs in Des Moines Iowa, Clive location..

Never have I experienced or even heard of anything negative about the store, personnel or any service...



Actually im feeling very thankful for all of the loving care Ive received through the yrs. Im going to miss this store and everyone!!

Relocating soon to the LasVegas area and now im alarmed about some reviews.



When you need great dog supplies, amazing Vets.. Btw. Love them all but Dr. Terri, Always shows her love towards all animals, w/kisses, hugs, & gets on the floor with my giant dogs. They lick and kiss her...Ive used the hotel / boarded and have enjoyed many classes w/ dogs and have had great experiences.

When you walk in the store,you will always be treated by kind, friendly, helpful staff...



Our Iowa Petsmart must have the best staff in the entire chain! The Banfield vets and all of their staff, are top shelf !!! It shows that they love what they do for a living!

Im so going to miss them all!
