May 2010, first time to have solar nails (American). Nails were applied beautifully. First refill, experienced much pain in nail bed area when technician was filing. Second refill, more pain and also two "nicks" or cuts to fingers while filing. July 2010 I removed the nails. My nail beds are damaged and the "ring of fire" from filing is extreme. I expect a long road to nail recovery (my nails look horrible and they hurt). While the staff was very nice, the establishment clean, my pedicure lovely...the nail technician that I used the 3 times there should not do artificial nails.

I use to go to Top Nails all of the time for my biweekly makeover. But recently they have changed management and didn't want to let anyone know. But you can diffinitely see the change. Even the atmosphere is different. But hey if you just want something done go ahead a try them out but if you are seeking a cool atmosphere. Then find somewhere else.

Very nice place, great prices for college students, great staff....friendly and there is never a wait! I def. recommend!!
