They have zero customer service and do not backup the products they sell. Paid a lot of money for an RV, had trouble with an awning and they refused to fix the problem even though I still had another year on the warranty. Spoke to the owner and got the same, you mist have damaged it, BS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, they will forget about you as soon as you drive off the lot!
