My dog had no water, was panting like crazy in a hot room filed with cigarette smoke. Staff was not up front, and although the people made eye contact with me nobody spoke to me. After waiting ten minutes I went to the back, and saw that my dog had no water and was in a cigarette smoke filled room. Once a human finally came to see me, I expressed that I was upset that nobody could even say "we'll be right with you" before snubbing me, and the"manager" didn't offer an apology or say thank you for coming in!

Don't go here, over priced, poor care of dogs, and an example of what's wrong with America- rude!

I take my long haired cat here. I highly recommend this shop. They know more than just about grooming dogs. Most groom shops won't even take cats. The staff is friendly and the service is good.

the worst haircut my dog ever got - and expensive ... they advertise on craigslist now - probably because their customers don't come back for a reason!

They used to be good but lately I wouldn't use them as their prices are pretty much the same as a full service pet salon without the same service

i would refer anyone who loves there pet here, the service is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. my husky looks amazing and every time i bring him in his cut is perfect and the shedding stops. there always done with my dog in a good timely fashion. I LOVE THIS PLACE. im looking forward to taking my new dog there when its time for grooming. the staff cares about the dogs and treats them with respect and love, Cats to. my kitty Dogmeat needed her nails trimmed and its a hassle for me to do it by my self, but with he aid of Friendly Paws her nails were trimmed and she was brushed to purrfection. . Friendly Paws gets a A+ in my book

I have been going to friendly paws for over 6 months and they are ALWAYS fantastic. I tried one other groomer prior to friendly paws and I will never go back to the first groomer. if you want your pet to look great and be treated great this is the place to go!!! thank you friendly paws!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Friendly Paws Grooming for the last four years and I have never had a problem. My dog had a very bad experience at another grooom shop; the groomer was mean to my dog and cut the nails so close that they bled. After that incident, I couldn't get the dog into any shop. I tried Friendly Paws and wow, what a difference. They were very calm with my dog and was able to coax him into the tub and treated him like a little prince. Now, I have no problem taking him in; he nearly drags me into the shop. The shop personnel are friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and I highly recommend it.

I recently took my standard poodle to Friendly Paws for a Continental poddle cut. They did such a amazing job I have never been able to get anyone todo the cut right. I could have easily put her right into a show! They let me watch everything! they were gental ,caring, efficient, very friendly, attentive to my baby girls needs, and reasonably priced all of which I can not say about all groomers! I am just happy that i was told and shown pictures about the horrible horrible abuse about my first choice. which is why i went to try Friendly Paws in the first place. Friendly Paws is my forever Groomer as well as anyone I can send thier way! Thank You So Much Friendly Paws!

My husband dropped my dog off since I had to work. I came home to find my dog didnt even have a haircut. They gave him a bath and trimmed his private parts and that was it!!!!!!! I had to go outside and cut his hair. For $50 my dog should atleast look like it got groomed!! I obviously did a better job myself. Next time I will go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a standard poodle and he can be very bouncey. Most other groomers either knick him, or are rather unpleasant to him. I went to Friendly Paws at the recommendation of a friend, and not only did the groomer give him a superb cut, but she didn't knick him either. When I picked him up everyone was friendly with him. Every visit since has either been just as good, or better and my dog loves going there! This is the only groom shop I will ever go to again, and I absolutely will recommend them to anyone!

We have been taking our dogs to Sharron at Friendly Paws for two years now. Everytime I brought them in I would have to explain all over again how they needed to be groomed. Many times I would have to bring them back because they were nicked and their hair was uneven or the back side wasn't done at all. The owner Sharron would not return calls. I had recommended friends and they are dissapointed too! We had to take two of our dogs into the vet because their glands were not being emplied properly and they had to drain them and stitch them up. With the cost of that and the antibiotics it was quite expensive. Our oldest is 13 and this has never happended before. If you choose to use their services, please be careful. I know my dogs are my babies and I love them tremendously...
