To call this a pet resort is a vast stretch of the imagination. The facility had a wretched stench of feces that would not occur if it were clean. The office has smeared dirt along the base of the walls that I assumed was feces as well. While the woman who checked us in was incredibly nice and friendly, the atmosphere was suffocating. I had very little choice in leaving my dogs there overnight for several reasons, but it will definitely be the last time. My dogs exited the facility with feces matted in their fur and paws. They smelled so horribly that our first stop was to bathe them. It is very affordably priced, but much more expensive for the service you actually receive. Even their food bowls were smeared with feces. I feel like such a horrible pet mom for leaving my fur babies here. Please use at your own risk.
