I used to frequent this location a lot, but I noticed about a year ago the changes that had occurred with who can do this and no longer that. The manager in charge was not trying to offer me what I needed on natural nails for a wedding saying my nails were too short and I needed to get a full set (that was not going to happen). This last visit the service was friendly but the technician was not as attentive to my pedicure as I am accustomed to. She was young and I had to bring to her attention where more work was needed. This location is NOT what it used to be "Quality Un-Rushed Service."

I am shocked at all of the poor reviews. I had an excellent time there. I am from Chicago, and was down in south carolina doing college visits. I wanted to get my nails done before I went to georgia and tried this nail salon. I got acrylics and a pedicure and my cousin received acrylics and an eyebrow wax. My pedicure was fantastic, and the man who did my nails and toes was very sweet. I asked for a different shape than I normally get for my nails and they looked perfect, and are still on. With most salons I go to, the acrylics stay on for maybe two weeks and fall off, but mine are still going, even after two weeks of fierce typing for a class and nannying. My cousin had no complaints about her visit either. The place is a little expensive, but I do believe that the price greatly reflects the quality of the treatment I received, not to mention the fact that while I was waiting for my nails to dry, bumped my thumb on the table and the man repainted my nail happily and free of charge. If I decide to go to school in Columbia I will definitely go back here

The tubs are not cleaned between each pedicure. Most of all I went to get a pedicure and left with my feet feeling the same way they did before I sat in the chair. I told the girl that did them and she said it's because I got a regular instead of a deluxe and gave me some foot lotion. I will never go back!

Just moved here from NC n looking for a good nail salon DON'T go there, my nails r sharp n not filed down & uneven n they charge way to much for a fill in that's a crappie job wish I could find somewhere that does a good with great service n reasonable prices just an FYI my experience here was not satisfying or worth my time

My wife and I received a very poor pedi at Columbiana Nails and Spa. We were just visiting Columbia, hopefully the service we received is not what The people of Columbia is accustomed to, if so step ya game up. That was a very very bad job.
