This company did excellent work and they were very reliable about quoting the price. A flat fee of $89 per visit during the week and $100 on the weekend. Because I trusted them, I called them again. I was given the quote over the phone as usual, but when they arrived, they charged $550 for a simple disconnect. And, they are supposed to return to connect. The job is not yet done and it should have cost $189 for two visits. I do not recommend Franklin D.
