Parkridge Medical Associates (Dr. Kimberly Brunsink)– Did you know that the doctor will change your appointment to meet THEIR schedule then not give you any flexibility on the time? Did you know that even if you are breaking the speed limit to make it on time AND call the office and PERSONALLY tell them that you are stuck in traffic they don’t care? Did you know that if you are 3 minutes later than their “window” they will refuse service? Did you know that the staff is condescending & offensive? Did you know that the doctor will not even give you the courtesy of personally speaking with you about the situation when you ask to speak with them? What kind of doctor you choose is important – it should be one that cares! Parkridge Medical Associates DON’T!

I just had surgery here the other day, they took me right in. I was in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes. The nurses were extremely polite and nice. And I am the biggest baby when it comes to needles and they were so considerate of that. They walked me through everything (distracted me when needed!) and explained absolutely everything without making me feel....stupid. If I ever had to have surgery again (which is hopefully never) I would come here. They're so much less expensive than the other places I priced as well. All in all, great service
