Terrible customer service in the automotive department, always making excuses, always understaffed.

Always helpful. Always knowledgeable about what they do. Always sincere in their service. I even enjoy "hanging" out with the guys and learning mechanical things. I cant give them enough praise -Ive been to many shops and NEVER received this kind of service. Pep Boys is the place to get your car serviced honestly. Pauley

I can in to get brakes for my car... I was custom to getting the cheaper brake pads and just be done with it. Jimmy the sales floor manager explained to me that the quality on the others are better and last a whole lot longer and doesn't give off that much brake dust. I was impressed with the knowledge and customer service so I took his advise and went with the better brake pads. Thanks Jimmy.

Since moving to Columbia over 3 years ago we have used Pep Boys on Broad River Rd. they have handled oil changes, new set of tires, idler pulley replacement, belt tensioner replacement, and air filter changes on our Trailblazer. The work is always professional as expected, but the thing that makes us keep going back is the 3 guys at the front. We have been there during non busy and crazy busy times they always handle each customer with patients and a personal concern for them and their vehicles and it shows. They are pleasant even with some difficult clients. I was in this past Good Friday and they were slammed but you couldn't tell by them because their patients and personal care for each customer didn't waiver. They remembered me and my car when I came in. I did wait awhile to get 3 things done but I understood they were busy and didn't mind. Great job guys!

I went to Pep Boys today for a cabin filter and the service was beyond superb. Everybody was helpful, knowledgable, and friendly! I would recommend this store to anybody in the area; a smile goes a long way.

What an incredible team!! The people here are wonderful! Seth and Jamar went above and beyond. Bradley saved our vacation and he too went above and beyond to resolve our car issue. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Pep Boys! Thanks guys!
