We also specialize in Bridal Gown cleaning and Preservation and offer our premiere Boutique Cleaning for high fashion brand names. At Tripp's Fine Cleaners there are no short-cuts. The absolute worst dry cleaners...EVER. They told me it would take 5 days for my comforter to be cleaned, it would be ready late on a Tuesday. I came Wednesday and the lady told me it wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until Thursday, 2 days after the scheduled date. On top of that I was charged $30 for this comforter to be cleaned and it was prepay. I am never going back!!!! Awful and unapologetic customer service!
