My husband and I spend over $1,500 in beer and other alcoholic drinks per year. I just tried to cash in a lottery ticket but was told that the employees needed to cash in and open again and it would take 15 minutes. I stood there for 5 minutes and no acttions were taken to "change over". I had a 30 second transaction and they told me I had to wait 15 minutes. Looks like we will get our alcoholic beverages since no one would take 30 seconds to conclude my transaction. Very poor management decision.
