Sanera Van Svc. was contracted to help with our pcs to Columbus, GA. A group of 3 movers showed up to help unload our household goods. They were supposed to bring boxes in, and give an inventory number to check off our list. Only one guy consistently did this...the other two were just taking boxes up without giving numbers, so we had a mess at the end when we were trying to find out what we did and didn't have. Also, I happened to look out the door as one of the movers tossed one of our side tables out of the truck (maybe trying to toss it to someone??). It landed on its top on the driveway and the finish was basically destroyed. He looked up at me and saw me watching and just shrugged. The website says "Among the professional moving services, we are known as the Gentle Movers. We intend to be the finest and most reputable movers in the entire country.
