Don't expect regular office hours: on days they have afternoon office hours, their outgoing telephone message tells you office hours are until 4:00, but sometimes they don't even come back from lunch. Don't expect to be able to leave them a message as they have outgoing only. Answering service is to be used only for emergencies. Little regard for patient's finances in choice of medications.
