At first glance I was so impressed with the salon! It was beautiful inside. It feels very classy and upscale. However the work that they do is not up to the standards they claim it to be. The hair service done was that of a low class facilitiy. I have contacted the Salons owner about my terrible hair cut and she wanted me to pay to have my hair fixed. And told me that hair will grow back. I am applled at the fact that they butchered my long hair and want me to pay to have it fixed. I had my hair cut into a bob that angles towards the front and by my neckline the hair is uneven and looks like there are clumps hanging down.







Over priced and underskilled. Even if they have 10 years under there belt it does not show in there proffessional demeanor.
