Had the worst salesman ever, The guys name was James Deeley . After the whole headache was over my wife looked him up and found complaints from him all the way to Texas . He was professional until after we gave him our deposit . After that all he did was LIE, LIE , LIE . Do not waste your time buying from him . They do have great product but having him around is definitely going to ruin their reputation . If your gonna buy from them find another salesman that will be honest with you and follow through till the end . And not be a Liar to you . It took us over 7 weeks to get our Twin Eagles product . He told us two !!

Do not waste your time here. We spent over $6000 & when we've had problems with our grill they do not return phone calls or submit claims in a timely order to get things fixed. I had to resort to calling the manufacturer who called the BBQ outlet to get the claim submitted. After 2 months my grill is still not fixed. The owner John NEVER calls back. If I could give them negative stars I would. They are nice & professional when you are buying but have a problem afterwards and you are out of luck!
