Me and my wife have been taking our "gang' boogie, phoenix and max to Barkaritaville since they first opened, We were a little hesitant to leave or guys but once we took a tour and talked with the staff we left knowing it would be the best fit. They stayed for a week while we were in Florida, my wife called numerous times to check up one them, every time someone answered and directed to the Pet Tech who know each of the babies we spoke to Kelsea on many of the calls and she re assured they were doing good except boogie started to chew the dog door, other than that everything was a OK. We recommend this resort to anyone who truly loves the pets!
