BEWARE of KAYLA - she massacred my hair. I never had a haircut this bad ever. I had to shave my head. This chick (maybe a dude, scary) screwed up so bad I wanted to punch her. She did not follow instructions and literally cut my hair the way she wanted to, on purpose it seemed. Every time I asked her to do something she did the opposite I felt, until I just told her enough and had to leave. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. KAYLA should not be a licensed hair cutter period. She needs to be fired!!!

As for the Mgr. Laura, wow!!!

I called in the next day to explain what happened and she only insisted coming to her so she could fix my hair. (Which could not be fixed after KAYLA Fu*ked it up so bad). I explained I had to have my head shaved since I do have a job and have to work to pay the bills.
