Food is OK but nothing special and it is ready in 5 minutes!

Awful service. Ordered a few things and decided less then 5 minutes later I no longer wanted the order. Called to cancel, again not even 5 minutes after I had placed the order, and was met with hostility instantly, woman refused to cancel the order, saying it was already made (impossible), about to be delivered and she had already charged my card (without the security pin or signed receipt). After literally yelling at me for 5 minutes she hung up, no food was delivered but the charge went through anyway. Had to report this experience to my bank as a fraudulent charge in order to get my money back.

Overall it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, I have no intention of ordering there again.

Strictly take-out, but delicious and reasonable.
