Reincorporated in Nevada in 1999, Reading International Inc. is an internationally diversified company principally focused on the development, ownership and operation of entertainment and real property assets in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. It principally holds management rights in the Reading Cinemas, Angelika Film Center, City Cinemas and Rialto.
