Do not buy hair from Giovanni & Son I have been buying hair from Giovanni & Son for close to 10 years. I started buying hair from their valley location and more recently from Culver city. Their customer service has never been great but also not offensive enough to go elsewhere. The quality of hair has always brought me back and unless I abused it (hot curling or not taking care of it) would last at least 1 year. This was the case until my wedding day. I ordered hair for my mother and myself. When I picked it up it felt and looked beautiful (but then so does hair from Sally beauty supply) After it was sewn in my hair it began to kink and knot up. My wedding day was only 5 days later and my hair was a complete embarrassment. I had to constantly brush it so it wouldn't matt up. My mothers hair wasn't as bad as mine but she had the same problem. The very next day I called them. They said wash it again condition it and wait a week. If I pay over $500 for quality hair, I shouldn't have to
