The company drivers are the WORST ever for safety, and the company doesn't appear to care. I narrowly missed being run off the highway by a Protech van this week, and altho I provided time and location, the HR Manager refused to resolve the issue with the driver, and she hung up on me. The previous day, one of the employees admitted that they had had a dangerous driver for quite a while in their employ.

I needed a module programmed here at a local body shop. These guys showed up, were very professional. I don't know what's up with these other reviews I posted some pictures.. This guy's van was extremely organized and he knew what he was doing. Save me a lot of money from towing the vehicle to a dealership to have it done. Recommend highly.

very very poor company i have ever seen in my life, this people service collision shops in pasadena tx and they do shi... work and are very disorganized, the ''technicians'' or mechanics they are very unprofessional you can see it in their work trucks all messed up and dirty and shi.., and dont know what they are fckin doing, there is a guy named ''felix'' he smokes marijuana and drive like crazy i've seen him in the driveway of the shops and drive while influenced, and there is another guy called ''manny'' he does smoke and drink alcohol while driving too, i have seen him in the beltway 8 driving wreckless, apart of everything they charge work that they hadn't done to the customer vehicles and lies you in your face, dont you ever trust none of this people they are thieves, druggers and liers.. the authorities should close this company

Terrible experience with work done on insurance claim. They broke parts of my interior and glued them back together rather that replacing them. Only one of my speakers worked when I got my truck back. Wiring was installed in a way that caused a short. They reps there lied about submitting suplement claim to the insurance. Buyer beware.

Good Business. They contacted me about purchasing some Cadillac Escalade Seats, I had for Sale. From the beginning to the end, They followed up and can through with the sale as planned. They are no-no sense kind of people, and I like that. Thanks Bonnie
