Called four different local auto shops in my area. I needed brakes and routers for my Mercedes. Car was in and out the same day and they saved me from having a week long wait at the dealership and about two hundred dollars . Found my new repair shop

Brought my suv in to this auto repair shop for a head gasket job and some engine repair work. I was very happy with the advice and help the owner offered me. I wasn’t sure what the exact problem was with the car when I brought it in and the mechanic diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and was able to fix it for me

Very satisfied with the price when my dealership gave me an estimate for nearly double the amount. My car needed a new timing belt and a water pump and they said my car would take a week to fix, I brought it to Charlie and he not only saved me over 400 bucks my car was back to me in 2 days

Brought in my toyota, needed a new catalytic converter. Charlie gave me a fair price and I got my car back and the job was completed the same day! Didn't need a rental car or miss work at all. More than accomodating. They have my business in the future.

Came in for a head gasket job on my BMW. Got a rediculas estimate from dealership. Was pleasantly surprised that the owner Charlie, not only was the one who answered the phone, he quickly gave me an estimate and was able to get my car in the very same week. Job done right and a great price. Hopefully won't need any service for a while, but when I do I will absolutely be bringing my car back to Autowerks!

This is hands down the only place to take your car for repair work! My Audi and my BMW are regularly services there and each time they get the job done. Highly recommended

Do not bring your vehicle to Danbury auto does not werks! I've brought my vehicle there for front brakes and control arms and the vehicles front wheels squeal like a pig being tortured! For 3 times now I have brought it back and it continues to squeal loudly. They tell me that they don't hear it meanwhile its embarrasing and obnoxoisly annoying. Also I'm a woman and I believe that they thought I would go away by now and that they used cheap poor quality parts. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and looking into a small claims case. Don't take a chance on this place if you want quality reliable work done on your vehicle. You won't get it here!!

My experience with Danbury Auto Werks was the worst mechanic experience I have ever had. They are a disreputable business that I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy.



I paid them more than $1000 to fix my radiator and there was a warranty on the receipt. When my radiator broke again shortly after and within the warranty period, I went back to them to have the car looked at. They claimed this time the head gasket was broken and I would now need to pay an additional $1500 in repairs. I asked 2 more mechanics, including the manufacturer, for their opinion. They both told me, in writing, that the radiator was the issue with the car.



Danbury Auto Werks refused to honor their warranty and fix my car. I brought them to small claims court and won my suit. They still refused to pay without enforcement by a sheriff. Please do not do any business with Danbury Auto Werks. They are a shady business.

When my Mom was alive she always talked about Hayestown Auto because they were so kind and helpful to her if I was at work and she needed help with a car issue! In the end I think she just made up things because the owner, Doug, was so respectful to her. Anyone who treats our seniors well is good in my book! So when I had to decide which garage to use I started going there & havn't stopped since! Today proved to be 1 of many reasons for that! My check engine light was on & Doug checked it & told me it was my catalytic converter. He also told me it should be covered under warranty according to a law. I have a Jeep so Im not sure if this is true for all cars! Being original owner & under 80TH miles I was covered but had to use Jeep dealer. They handed me an estimate for about $1800. I asked about warranty. She replied not according to the VIN#. She passed me on & a man said not to his knowledge. Asked him to read his book & took my cell out as he said he had missed that line! new cost$ O
