      Horrible work and does not follow up with complaints or issues! I payed for what I thought was great cleaning, but the carpet dried and the dirt was WORSE!!!!! They basically rubbed in all the stains and sucked up the dirt to the surface of the carpet and left!!!!! Thanks for making my carpet look black and feeling dingy!
