The DMH Rehabilitation team includes multiple levels of care and diversity of services to assist you through your hospital stay, at-home rehabilitation or outpatient rehabilitation care. Our dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and athletic trainers will coordinate your care and support your through your therapy experience. Our services provide intervention options for a range of conditions from the complexity of the effects of stroke and other neurological disorders to more common issues related to acute and chronic pain and sports injuries. DMH Rehabilitation is a CARF-accredited program. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of rehab services.
